The EDEX 2023 exhibition, which was held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in Cairo under the patronage of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, witnessed a prominent participation by the Egyptian National Company for Industrial Development and Development (ENCID), as the company displayed a group of its innovative products in the fields of clothing, camouflage, helmets, and protective shields.

IDEX 2023 is the only exhibition specialized in the military industries sector on the African continent, bringing together major local and international companies in the fields of defense and armament (land, sea, air) and represents an international gathering to exchange visions and experiences, in addition to being an important opportunity to display Egyptian military products as a gateway to regional and global markets.

EDEX 2023 hosted 400 exhibiting companies from 46 countries, with a large presence of American companies. The exhibition was attended by about 35,000 visitors to the exhibition’s activities, including senior military leaders from various countries on the continent and the Middle East region.
